just kind of lurking in the shadows

thats kind of what i've been doing. i'm not sure why. i haven't had much to say. feeling kind of bummed lately. its the weather. every one always says how they love spring and its supposed to be so cheery and so on... for me, i hate spring. i have no clue what it is, but ever since i was 14, {yikes, over 10 years ago, time does fly!} i get super depressed. from about march until the end of May. *sigh* i always know its coming so i try to prepare myself. oh well. what i have done over the last few days: *i'm finally sewing squares together for Kaci's quilt *bought Juno for my Ipod *cleaning up my computer of unneeded *stuff* *listening to the best music ever. i've fallen in love w/ Garbage all over again! *played in the rain! *found some awesome sewing books, they actually have how-tos on how to make rad curtains! anyway...this is what i did buy: downtown DIY Sewing *most recently? cleaning and rearranging. i got my goodies that i ordered from my boyfriends mom! hooray! here are a few photos of my home: oh and one more cute thing!!! are these not the cutest foam stickers ever!? have an amazing weekend! later <3

Scrapjacked, with the dozens march kit

yuppers! i love this kit. it has been lots o' fun! haha, there's just lots to use, and everything works together. so you know, go with what works :) and scrapjacked, it was a good lo. simple. we like simple. here is my lo. cross your fingers & wish me luck! lol

here is another xmas lo. don't ask, its what i've been feeling like doing. feels weird to scrap xmas in the spring time, but oh well. it's been fun, and thats what counts!

here are a few 'new' LOs. i did them a week ago or so. i already posted on flickr, but i feel like posting them here too :D the first LO of my daughter, with the dozens march kit. luuuv it! how awesome is it that Kaci is 7 and i just happen to get a #7 playing card in my kit. pretty randomly lucky!! lol my sis and her 'fiance' or my bil as he likes to say. the photo is from their Xmas card. i'm feeling very inspired lately, but i've had the flu and a silly sinus infection that doesn't ever let up. so i've just been relaxing hoping for those days where i feel much better. letting my head fill up with lots of things i want to accomplish. those three days off, and i get sick. go figure! oh well, it was bound to happen. the girls and i haven't been sick for awhile. with the exception of my never-ending sinus infection. hmm, well its off to bed, off to bed. 4am comes too fast! [ps] its my boyfriends b-day today! the day didn't turn out too bad. he's half way to 50 now! :)
